Saturday 30th January saw the Ladies firsts, seconds and the men's seconds join up for a series of short games at Auchterarder as a pre runner to the start of the second half of the season. For many, the long winter break in the season caused by the more inclement than normal weather conditions was very evident. There was some quite red faces after the short 30 minute matches. However, this said it was a great chance to have a good get together with some great skills on display from all involved.

Sunday 31st saw the 3rd XI defeat Harris 4th XI 3-1 at Auchterarder. They started the game strongly and young Jamie Dow opened the scoring from close in midway through the first half. Harris replied scoring from a short corner before Ali Dodge scored the second for the shire squad. Ali Dodge then scored his second midway through the second half which completed the scoring.

The team played well and with everyone contributing to the win. Ali Dodge, John Dewar and Craig Loudon had good performances running the midfield. Next Sunday sees the team play away to Menzieshill 4th XI.
