Perthshire U16 Girls were out in action last Wednesday against St Leanords in the Knockout Cup. Having no goalie the girls had to work hard to keep the ball out of the goal. A great save on the line by Kirsty
The Ladies 1XI played Kinross 1XI away on Saturday and unforunately couldn't keep the winning streak up from the previous week and conceeded 3goals. Despite fighting right up until the final whistle and being more composed
Saturday saw 7 teams from the Midlands District descend on Kilgraston School as it was the turn of Perthshire Ladies to host the annual 11-a-side Bell Trophy tournament.

Perthshire Hockey Club was formed in 1975 from the amalgamation of Perth and Murray Royal Mens’ Clubs and Perth High School FP Ladies—we are now the only hockey team in Perth. The club comprises of 3 Ladies and 3 Men’s outdoor teams, playing in the Midland and National leagues. During the indoor season we also run Ladies and Men’s indoor sides, playing in Midland and National Leagues respectively. All the teams train weekly throughout the season and play league matches at weekends with the close season providing some friendly mixed hockey. The Club also has a thriving junior squad catering from P4 up to S4 (8 to 18 year olds). running; Under-18 Boys, Under-15 girls, 2 mixed U14 8 a-side teams as well as 3 Under-12 mixed 6 a-side teams. The club is also proud of our Veterans side (for the over 35’s) which takes part in an East of Scotland League |
There are currently no matches to display between the 9th of May and the 29th of May - so it must either be the close season or the magic fixture fairies are on strike!!
